Dumbbell Bicep Curl

An isolation exercise to build strength and size in the biceps.

Instructions
  1. Stand or sit holding a dumbbell in each hand with an underhand grip.
  2. Curl the weights up towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows stationary.
  3. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
  4. Slowly lower the weights back to the starting position.
