Instructions
  1. Stand with your mid-foot under the barbell.
  2. Hinge at the hips and grip the bar.
  3. Keeping your back straight, lift the chest and pull the weight off the floor.
  4. Stand up tall, then lower the weight back to the ground in a controlled manner.
